A bit of
everything today. Rode the bike some to check out a pedal cleat adjustment and
more trying to understand the GPS thing. Dropped off the Habitat garage sale
suitcase at a thrift store. Another way to recycle.
Rode to the
Astoria Column. A beautiful view of the city and area.
Had a riders
meeting in the afternoon. Mostly a discussion on safety concerns and questions
from riders. A small group of us formed up a prayer circle afterwards. Another
opportunity to form relationship with others and what matters to them.
The bike is
now packed and ready for the 0600 ride start. The clock begins then and stops
for each rider once reaching Yorktown.
